Refund & Return Policy

At Supreme CCU, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our policies below.


General Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@supremeccu.com.
All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Item must remain factory sealed (if originally sealed)

  • Must include original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

If the return is due to our error, a prepaid return label will be provided.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Product-Type Policies


Sealed Products

(Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, ETBs, Collections, Tins, etc.)

Sealed products may be returned within 30 days as long as:

  • The product is still factory sealed, and

  • The condition matches how it was received

If approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned — no exceptions.


Single Cards (TCG Singles)

Due to the volatility of the singles market, all sales of single cards are final.

Exception:
If you received incorrect or missing single cards, contact us within 30 days. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return method if needed

  • Replace the incorrect items or

  • Issue a full refund once the returned items are received


Bulk Lots

Bulk lots are generally not eligible for return because they are randomized.

However, you may contact us within 30 days if:

  • The lot does not match our description or photos

  • Items are missing or incorrect

If so, we will either:

  • Provide the missing/correct items, or

  • Offer a partial refund, or

  • Approve a full return for a full refund (returned in original condition)


Pre-Order / Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale items cannot be refunded or replaced until:

  • The product has officially released, and

  • The order has shipped with an estimated delivery date

Pre-order cancellations before shipping may be approved at our discretion.


Shipping Issues


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We may request photos to help process your claim.


Missing Orders / Orders Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date:

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed, and

  2. Contact us within 30 calendar days of that date

We will respond to all missing-order requests within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Pre-sale items are excluded from this policy until after release and shipment.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund

If it has been 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@supremeccu.com.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Single cards (unless incorrect items were received)

  • Used or damaged items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale)

  • Hazardous or restricted materials
