Shipping Policy

At Supreme CCU, we ship orders using the delivery method selected by the customer at checkout. All carriers, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, new set releases, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS (First-Class, Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, etc.)

  • UPS (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day, and other available service levels)

Available shipping options will depend on:

  • The size and weight of your order

  • Your shipping address

  • Real-time rates provided by each carrier

Customers may choose the option that best suits their needs during checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours depending on the carrier.


Packaging Standards

We package orders carefully to ensure your items arrive safely:

  • Single cards ship in sleeves and toploaders or protective team bags

  • Bulk lots are packed securely to prevent shifting

  • Sealed products are protected with bubble wrap, padding, or crush-proof packaging

  • Collectible items may receive extra reinforcement


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items will not ship until the official release date.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together on release day unless separate orders are placed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We can reship the order once the correct address is provided

  • Additional shipping charges will apply


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates or delivery notes

  2. Contact the carrier directly if the package shows as delivered or delayed

  3. If you still need help, email us at info@supremeccu.com and we will assist with the next steps, including carrier investigations

Please note: carriers may require several business days to complete a missing-package investigation.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
